TUESDAY, DEC. 13
TECH/ DRESS REHEARSAL- FRI NIGHT CAST
8:30am-noon Alan and movers arrive for unloading
2:45 PM Call time for BALLET 4/BALLET 5 dancers
3:00-4:30 Class on stage for Ballet 4 & 5 dancers
4:30 Call time for BALLET 1, 2 AND 3 dancers (NO PRE-BALLET)
4:45 Dancers change into costume
4:30-5:00 Stage Manager set stage
5:15-9:30 FULL TECH REHEARSAL RUN THROUGH with costumes, NO makeup (FRI NIGHT CAST)
This Tuesday night rehearsal will be the first dress/tech run-through. Please note that we will stop and start and may re-run some scene changes etc. Please stay focused and do not run to the dressing rooms to change costumes until instructed to do so.
WEDNESDAY, DEC. 14
DRESS REHEARSAL WITH MAKEUP- SAT MAT CAST
2:45 Call time for BALLET 4/BALLET 5 dancers
3:00-4:30 Class on stage for Ballet 4 & 5 dancers
4:30 Call time for PRE-BALLET, BALLET 1, 2 AND 3 DANCERS
4:45-5:15 Run Mother Ginger & CAST A Bon bons (in costume). Students who are only in Bon Bons are excused at 5:25
5:15-5:35 Stage Manager set stage
5:45-9:30 FULL RUN THROUGH with costumes and makeup (SAT MAT CAST)
THURSDAY, DEC. 15
DRESS REHEARSAL WITH MAKEUP- SAT NIGHT CAST

2:15-4:30 Rehearsal time for corps de ballet, principals, etc.
6:00 Call for Pre-Ballet (CAST A), BALLET 1, 2 & 3
5:30-6:30 Stage manager to mop floor and set stage

SATURDAY, DEC. 17
10:30 Call for Intermediate/Advanced dancers
11:00-12:30 Class on stage for Int/Adv dancers
1:00 Call for Pre-Ballet (CAST B), BALLET 1, 2 & 3
12:30-1:30 Stage manager to mop floor and set stage
2:00 PERFORMANCE
5:30-6:00 Barre on stage if needed for BALLET 4 & 5 dancers
6:00 Call for Pre-Ballet (CAST A), BALLET 1, 2 & 3
6:00-6:45 Stage manager to mop floor and set stage
7:00 PERFORMANCE
REMINDER: Only APPROVED dancers, teachers, staff, and parent volunteers will be allowed backstage during rehearsals and performances.
PRE-BALLET, BALLET 1, 2 & 3 DANCERS: Please come to the theatre with hair and makeup already done.
